I’m a Certified Scrum Trainer and Visual Thinker with a deep-rooted appreciation for methods of Design Thinking and Agile Ways of working. My key driver is to enable individuals, teams and organisations to tell impactful stories. As a result, people can make decisions faster, take action, reduce waste, and drive value.
As a Visual Thinking thought leader and practitioner within the Agile Community and beyond I endorse the use of Visual Thinking and Storytelling to engage stakeholders, address customer needs, enhance team collaboration and accelerate learning.
Facilitating a suite of Design Thinking, Visual Storytelling and Product Agility workshops I encourage teams to work more visually, creating visually compelling stories that make the intangible tangible, catalyzing customer-centric creativity, driving product innovation and business success.

Participants requesting a cancellation or schedule change 5 business days or more prior to the start date of their virtual class will not be subject to a change fee. Requests made by participants within the 5-day window will be subject to a $200 change fee. Those who do not attend class, without prior written notice, will forfeit their tuition & no refund will be permitted
