Instructor: Erick Polsky
Erick Polsky's career integrating application development with training delivery started back in 1989 when he developed and introduced the first online multimedia training content system to Harvard University. Since then he has honed a highly mature coaching and training practice helping engineering teams in large organizations on the management of technology initiatives – including hands-on training on programming, application development and database skills. Erick is a highly seasoned enterprise technology expert who helps cross-functional, lean teams deliver highly customized technology solutions. He is also an experienced consultant who manages a team of developers providing custom business application development. His current projects interests include the latest developments in Big Data, DevOps, and Cloud Computing. Erick works to understand the perspective of his students and their needs first, and then teaches the topic in a way that will help them best understand the topic through the students’ context. Using years of experience working with large organizations, Erick enjoys using his fresh perspective to bridge the gaps between departments. Erick Polsky provides training and software consulting through ASPE, Inc. family of learning services companies.

Virtual Training
Participants who cancel less than 6 business days before the start of class, or do not attend class without prior written notice will forfeit their tuition. If a participant requests to reschedule their class within 6 business days, their tuition will not be refundable and a $200 administrative fee is required to enroll in a new session. Participants are eligible for a tuition refund only when requested more than 6 business days before class starts.
In Person Training:
Participants who cancel less than 11 business days before the start of class, or do not attend class without prior written notice will forfeit their tuition. If a participant requests to reschedule their class within 11 business days, their tuition will not be refundable and a $200 administrative fee is required to enroll in a new session. Participants are eligible for a tuition refund only when requested more than 11 business days before class starts.
Please note:
- Participants for in-person training sessions are expected to comply with the Cprime COVID-19 Policies & Guidelines.
- All training (virtual or in person) must be rebooked for a new class date starting no later than one year of the date of the originally scheduled class.
- If you do not rebook your class within one year of the originally scheduled class, your credit will be forfeited.
- You may use the credit for a different course modality, including self-paced learning, if available.
- Anyone within your company may use the credit or substitute into the class you cannot attend.
- Partner delivered courses may be subject to different cancellation terms.
