Instructor: Rob Snowden
Rob Snowden is an expert business analyst and a veteran technology architect. He has worked as a requirements analyst, requirements manager, management consultant, project manager and JAD facilitator. He is an expert in requirements analysis and business analysis. He is a lead instructor in the business analysis curriculum and has extensive experience as a consultant for many major Fortune clients. Rob is an accomplished corporate trainer, teaching courses in business analysis, requirements development, use cases, strategic planning, project planning and facilitating JAD sessions. He has planned and facilitated hundreds of workshops including project planning workshops, strategic planning events, JAD requirements sessions and many other types of collaborative solution workshops for organizations both in the United States and abroad. As a seasoned expert in business analysis and system requirements and analysis, Rob is both a gifted and experienced enterprise trainer and real-world project/business veteran. Rob is certified as a CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) through the IIBA, is a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) through the Scrum Alliance and a PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis) though the Project Management Institute, and earned a degree in Business Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Virtual Training
Participants who cancel less than 6 business days before the start of class, or do not attend class without prior written notice will forfeit their tuition. If a participant requests to reschedule their class within 6 business days, their tuition will not be refundable and a $200 administrative fee is required to enroll in a new session. Participants are eligible for a tuition refund only when requested more than 6 business days before class starts.
In Person Training:
Participants who cancel less than 11 business days before the start of class, or do not attend class without prior written notice will forfeit their tuition. Please note:
- Participants for in-person training sessions are expected to comply with the Cprime COVID-19 Policies & Guidelines.
- All training (virtual or in person) must be rebooked for a new class date starting no later than one year of the date of the originally scheduled class.
- If you do not rebook your class within one year of the originally scheduled class, your credit will be forfeited.
- You may use the credit for a different course modality, including self-paced learning, if available.
- Anyone within your company may use the credit or substitute into the class you cannot attend.
- Partner delivered courses may be subject to different cancellation terms.
