Instructor: Darren Wilmshurst
Darren has a background in commercial management. He was an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers following sixteen years in Retail Banking. This culminated as a Senior Personal Banking Manager.
Darren was inducted into the SAFe Fellow Program by Scaled Agile, Inc. - the provider of SAFe®, after more than 5 years SPCT/SPC experience.
His 30 years of experience allow him to navigate the challenge and pain of transforming mindsets, cultures and long-standing operational practices at all levels of an organisation. The SAFe Fellow achievement is Scaled Agile’s most prestigious distinction, demonstrated by the fact there are less than 30 SAFe Fellows in the world. It recognises the highest level of technical and practical experience of scaling Agile.
Instructor: Glenn Smith
Glenn is a respected Business Agility Consultant, working internationally blending his consultation, coaching, facilitation and training skills to empower his clients. Accustomed to delivering results from the C-suite down, he is highly regarded by his clients.
Glenn is a certified SAFe® SPCT, SAFe® Program Consultant (SPC) and Release Train Engineer (RTE), along with Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and NLP Practitioner.
With extensive experience in implementing Lean Portfolio Management (LPM), from the identification of value streams to setting up the working practices and structures needed to optimise delivery, enabling releasing value in the shortest sustainable lead-time.
Over the years he has worked within and supported household names across many industries including telecoms, finance, travel, education, government, consumer electronics and utilities. Being able to bring his vast experience and knowledge of solution delivery, business, technology, project governance, training, facilitation, coaching and change management to bear.

Virtual Training
Participants who cancel less than 6 business days before the start of class, or do not attend class without prior written notice will forfeit their tuition. If a participant requests to reschedule their class within 6 business days, their tuition will not be refundable and a $200 administrative fee is required to enroll in a new session. Participants are eligible for a tuition refund only when requested more than 6 business days before class starts.
In Person Training:
Participants who cancel less than 11 business days before the start of class, or do not attend class without prior written notice will forfeit their tuition. If a participant requests to reschedule their class within 11 business days, their tuition will not be refundable and a $200 administrative fee is required to enroll in a new session. Participants are eligible for a tuition refund only when requested more than 11 business days before class starts.
Please note:
- Participants for in-person training sessions are expected to comply with the Cprime COVID-19 Policies & Guidelines.
- All training (virtual or in person) must be rebooked for a new class date starting no later than one year of the date of the originally scheduled class.
- If you do not rebook your class within one year of the originally scheduled class, your credit will be forfeited.
- You may use the credit for a different course modality, including self-paced learning, if available.
- Anyone within your company may use the credit or substitute into the class you cannot attend.
- Partner delivered courses may be subject to different cancellation terms.
