Instructor: Rob Hill

Rob is Professional Scrum Trainer® (PST), SAFe® Practice Consultant (SPC), Kanban Practitioner and ICAgile Authorised Trainer.

Having worked for over 25 years in both the private and public sector, Rob has vast experience leading and instigating transformational change through the use of digital technology.

He has built and delivered tailored learning solutions for global companies in domains such as finance, media, pharmaceuticals, defence and government.

He is passionate about building high-performing teams and organisations, growing a product mindset, and enabling people to more efficiently and proactively deliver value. Rob has been the lead consultant in our design and delivery of training to the likes of JP Morgan Chase and Lloyd’s Banking Group.


Instructor: Lydia Hawthorn

Lydia has been curating her career in tech over the past 10 years across an array of disciplines and verticals including Cyber Security, Data and Gambling. Having started as an Agile Delivery Manager she has an appreciation for what it takes to be Agile at every level of an organisation.

Lydia has experience with Lean, LeSS, Scrum and Kanban but added SAFe to her specialism after working for several multi-national cyber security businesses as they scaled and is now a qualified SPC and RTE as well an an Agile coach. Her specialism is the design of large scale transformations, management of change roadmaps and diagnosing Agile anti-patterns within businesses.

Lydia supports our clients in creating truly impactful change that is sustainable whilst always striving for technical excellence.She is an active member of the Agilist community and speaks frequently at meetups (Product Tank, Deliver Session, Social Code), conferences (Chief Disruptor UK, Manchester Tech Fest, Women of Silicon Roundabout) and events (She Talks Tech, Bsides).

Substitution & Cancellation Policy

At Cprime we understand individual circumstances may arise for participants, and as a company we do our best to accommodate. Listed below are our cancellation policies and notice periods for all our public enrollment, virtual and in-person courses. Virtual Training

Participants who cancel less than 6 business days before the start of class, or do not attend class without prior written notice will forfeit their tuition. If a participant requests to reschedule their class within 6 business days, their tuition will not be refundable and a $200 administrative fee is required to enroll in a new session. Participants are eligible for a tuition refund only when requested more than 6 business days before class starts.

In Person Training: 

Participants who cancel less than 11 business days before the start of class, or do not attend class without prior written notice will forfeit their tuition. If a participant requests to reschedule their class within 11 business days, their tuition will not be refundable and a $200 administrative fee is required to enroll in a new session. Participants are eligible for a tuition refund only when requested more than 11 business days before class starts.

Please note:

  • Participants for in-person training sessions are expected to comply with the Cprime COVID-19 Policies & Guidelines.  
  • All training (virtual or in person) must be rebooked for a new class date starting no later than one year of the date of the originally scheduled class.
  • If you do not rebook your class within one year of the originally scheduled class, your credit will be forfeited. 
  • You may use the credit for a different course modality, including self-paced learning, if available.
  • Anyone within your company may use the credit or substitute into the class you cannot attend.
  • Partner delivered courses may be subject to different cancellation terms.
